A Trip for Going Back to its Tradition and Searching for the Roots – Neijing Study 2022 (Semester 2)

The theory of Five Yun and Six Qi (5Y6Q) theory is an essential part of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). The theory represents a holistic view held by early doctors based on the correspondence between heaven and humankind. It is a doctrine for understanding the laws of nature and climate change, as well as their impact on human diseases. 5Y6Q theory, which is based on the theory of yin and yang and uses symbols such as “heaven” and “earth” as deductive tools, has been passed down from the era of Yellow Emperor’s Canon of Medicine.

If use correctly, TCM doctors can evaluate the correlations between 5Y6Q and climate change, human beings, epidemiological trends, our own health and diseases based on our own Yun Qi, occurrence of diseases, and TCM patterns.

This 2rd quarter of “Neijing-Su Wen” course will just cover this vital part of Neijing theory.
