CMASA is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee. Our primary goal is to protect, support and advocate for our members. By joining CMASA, you agree to comply with CMASA Constitution and Code of Conduct. The Membership Terms and Conditions will govern your membership with CMASA including all its branches. If there is any inconsistency between the Constitution and the Terms and Conditions, the Constitution will prevail.
By being a CMASA member, you are entitled to CMASA benefits of the full suite of services and benefits. You may apply to cancel your membership and request a refund of your membership fees by giving CMASA Office a minimum of 30 days’ notice in writing; however $100 membership application fee is non-refundable.
Membership will be suspended for the duration of the specified suspension period or terminated under CMASA Disciplinary processes set out in the CMASA Constitution, or if you fail to renew your membership and pay fees, and fail to respond within three months (90 days) to a written request from the CMASA Office that you want to remain a member.
