Topic:

·        Rose Chen: Government standards and requirements in labeling and patient records.

·        Pao Lung Chen :Seminar on the new CMBA patient record and prescription policy and the explanation of the use of the CMASA questionnaire.

·        Hong Shi Liu: Clinical use of acupuncture and needle manipulation

 

Back ground descriptions:

Dr. Rose Chen (TCM) was graduated from Guangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine University, and subsequently obtained Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine from University of Sydney.

Had significant experience in internal medicine, gynaecology, paediatrics, and miscellaneous diseases.

Dr. Rose Chen (TCM), was a special invited guest to the SBS radio program, since 1995.From 2003 to now he was an invited guest to the 2CR radio program “Antique TCM receipts, and TCM practice, Thursday 7-8pm”

Dr. Liu Hong Shi (TCM), Chief physician, graduated from He Nan Traditional Chinese Medical University in 1985. He was subsequently worked in TCM hospital of Qin Dao, and Massage recovery hospital of Qin Dao. Dr. Liu Hong Shi (TCM), has been practicing TCM, acupuncture and research for more than 30 years. She is an expert in TCM diagnosis and acupuncture using Neijing theory. She also practices surface needling and uses TCM medicine. By using the above-mentioned techniques, he was competent in neural cardio disorders such as: hemiplegia, facial paralysis, prosopalgia, facial spasm, head ache, vertigo, migraine and shaking palsy. As well as that, Dr. Liu is also effective in treating pains of neck, shoulder, back, knee, and limbs; these included tennis elbow, period pain, hyperplasia of mammary gland. Chronic gastritis, irritable bow syndrome and obesity are also Dr. Liu’s area of competency.
